Zoom is FREE for you to download to your lap top , tablet or smartphone.

You can practice in the comfort of your own home & you can have your camera on or off.

Monday Beginner Yoga 4 week block 8-9pm £20

Tuesday Bedtime Yoga 8-9pm £5

Saturday 930am-1015am – Seasonal Yoga £5  New class starting 6th of February
